Harold J. Feigel, 89, of Millburn and Summit, passed away on May 11, 2021. Funeral services are private. Arrangements are by Bradley, Brough & Dangler Funeral Home.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, the son of Sidney and Claire (Feller) Feigel, Harold was raised in the Bronx and graduated from Manhattan High School of Aviation Trade. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines during the Korean conflict and upon his return, attended and graduated from New York University School of Engineering. Harold worked as an Engineer for Curtiss-Wright and Thiokol Aerospace prior to purchasing his own engineering company in 1970. A longtime member of the Short Hills and Millburn Historical Society, he was also an avid photographer and ran both the New York and Philadelphia marathons.
Harold was the beloved husband of 64 years to Nancy. He was the loving father of Joyce Backman (Kenneth), Eric Feigel (Sheryl Ann Yamuder) and Douglas Feigel (Sherrie Natko). He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Spencer Backman, Kate Backman, Emily Natko and Andrew Natko and his dear sister, Arlene Saitz (George).
