Former East Hanover resident James Thaddeus (Tad) Wood passed away on May 5, 2020 age 71. A decorated Sergeant US Army Airborne Rangers 75th Infantry Division was awarded two Bronze Stars for valor, a Purple Heart, and two Commendations for heroism. Tad enjoyed his work as a tattoo artist and loved fishing, reading and history. He leaves behind a son Christopher and sisters Judie, Jill, and Janice. Tad is deeply missed. Memorial visitation will be from 10-11 am on Friday, October 1, 2021 with prayers at 11 am in the funeral home at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany, Road, Whippany, NJ. An inurnment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
