Marie A. Karr

Marie A. Karr died on December 24, 2011 at Care One in Parsippany, NJ. Long time resident of NJ except for a brief time during WWII when her husband was stationed in CA. Mrs. Karr was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and worked for the State of NJ Employment Division. She enjoyed planting many varieties of flowers and kept her lawn and garden in perfect order. Also bird watching and even helped build their summer home.

Previously deceased is her husband Leonard A. Karr. Surviving are nieces, nephews, close friends, and neighbors. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy Church where a mass will be held on Thursday December 29, 2011 at the Chapel at 11:30am. A visiting hour will be held from 10-11am on Thursday at the Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd. Whippany, NJ. Burial services will be private at the Brigadier Gen Wm. C. Doyle cemetery, where her husband is laid to rest. She will be most remembered for her very kind and understanding characteristics and she always looked on the bright side of life.
