Rosemary Anne Fiumara (nee Benedetto) of Chatham Township, NJ, passed peacefully on March 2, 2024. Born and raised in Glendale (Queens), NY. She and her family later moved to Summit, NJ in 1977 and have been living in Chatham Township since 2006.
She was an Office Manager for WD Virtue in Summit, NJ. Rosemary was a member of the Chatham Senior Center, the Chatham Library Book Club, and a long time volunteer at the Dominican Monastery of Our Lady of the Rosary in Summit and Overlook Hospital. She loved reading novels and knitting. Rosemary was intelligent, well read, caring, family oriented, religious, and fashionable.
Rosemary is pre-deceased by her husband Santo Joseph Fiumara. She is survived by her two sons, Bruce Fiumara and his wife Janet Leicht, Douglas Fiumara and his wife Julia, grandmother of Olivia and David Fiumara.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 11 am to 1:15 pm at the Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main St. Chatham, NJ, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 2 pm at Corpus Christi Church, 234 Southern Blvd. Chatham Township, NJ. Entombment St. Teresa’s Cemetery, Summit.
