Plan for the Future
Susan Ingal was raised in long Island and came of age in Brooklyn where she was married and began raising her family. After graduating from Hofstra University she earned her Master’s degree in Special Education from The City College of New York and participated in the early renaissance of the New York City Public Schools at PS 261. Susan loved teaching and found fulfillment in her children and pursuing her educational career. In 1995 after moving to Chatham New Jersey she taught at the Harding Township School where she remained for 19 years. She loved her family, her Harding Kids and Colleagues, and her dogs. Not necessarily in that order.
She was also a devoted Ranger, Opera, Theater and Crossword puzzle fan. She didn’t mind shopping either.
She is survived by her loving Husband David her Children Alex, Samuel, Robert, Claire and Eve. As well as her mother Anne, Brother Robert and nieces, Madison, Veronica, Caroline and Hannah.
